Get your condo homeowners insurance in the same place as your auto insurance and save. When you insure both your condo and your vehicle through the AARP® Auto & Home Insurance Program from The Hartford, you'll receive discounts on both.

Fire / Burglary System Credits

Upgrade your condo security with a combination of burglar alarms and a sprinkler system and save even more. Dead-bolt locks and smoke detectors can provide additional savings. You can also get an additional credit on your condominium insurance if your condo community offers 24-hour security guard services.

Retiree Credit

If both you and your spouse are retired or work less than 24 hours a week, you are eligible for a discount. (The Retiree Credit does not apply to secondary residences.)

This condo insurance coverage is available when you cannot live in your condo due to a covered loss. It pays reasonable and customary living expenses up to the limit provided in your policy.

Liability

Liability coverage protects you in two ways. First, it provides for your legal defense against a liability claim (lawsuit). Second, it pays any court judgments for covered losses against you, up to the policy limit.

Medical Payments

This condo homeowners insurance coverage pays emergency medical bills for anyone injured in your condo, or any injury caused by a member of your family, including pets. All bills are paid up to your condominium insurance coverage limit, whether or not you're legally responsible.
