Ability Assist® (professional help after a disabling event)* Employees enrolled in our Long-term Disability plan receive professional counseling for financial, legal and emotional issues, 24/7/365. Includes unlimited phone access and five face-to-face sessions per year. Services may also be available to spouse and dependent children.
GuidanceResources® * Helps find solutions to simple and complex life concerns through confidential and professional services as part of the employee assistance program (EAP). Services include but are not limited to expert counselors (grief and family matters) as well as financial and legal consultations.
