Title: Peace Sign

Artist’s Statement: Coexistence means to exist peacefully together, despite differences, in the same time or place and is based on the understanding of each other's ideas. All the famous people in my photo lived in the same time period and stood for peace. They sang about peace and politics and war. A butterfly is also a symbol in my photo because it's so peaceful and calm and beautiful and it's resting on the Celtic peace sign. My photo includes pictures of music artists including: Janis Joplin, John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Bob Marley, Jerry Garcia, Jim Morrison, and even the dove from the original Woodstock flyer.
