Title: The Ring of Peace & Liberty
Artist Statement: This poster represents respect and changing people's lives. In History, I learned that "Follow the Drinking Gourd" was a song used a s signal for slaves to follow the North Star to their freedom. The rings of peace and liberty represent a signal to all people to live thier lives with love and the acceptance of others.
