Available if:
Your plan offers electronic enrollment and you have received your enrollment materials.
If your plan offers online enrollment and you have not received your enrollment materials, please see your benefits manager.
Steps to enrolling:
Step 1: Obtain your online enrollment User Name and Password:
- User Name = Your Social Security Number
- Password = Password contained in the "Getting Started" page of your enrollment materials
Step 2: Enter your User Name and Password on the Login page.
Step 3: Follow the prompts to complete your enrollment.

NOT Available if:
Your plan does not offer online enrollment.
Your enrollment materials will then contain an Enrollment Form and you should follow the steps below.

Step 2: Submit completed Enrollment form to your benefits manager.
