During pre-enrollment we will:

  • Develop an enrollment timeline
  • Finalize the enrollment proposal with you

During enrollment we will:

  • Coordinate and conduct on-site enrollment events
  • Assist with online enrollment to help ensure a smooth process
  • If choosing paper enrollment, provide personalized enrollment material that will reflect the employees' options and premium
  • Provide communications tools such as MyTomorrow®, a customized online educational resource, as well as full-scale email campaigns to help boost participation 
  • Provide timely decisions when medical underwriting is required, especially with our online enrollment platform for seamless integration with our online medical underwriting service
  • Arrange for telephonic enrollment support for employee access during the enrollment period
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee and your enrollment questions

During post-enrollment we will:

  • Provide additional enrollment-associated task premium calculation 
  • Submit enrollment results for uploading to your payroll system
  • Provide access to reports based on data collected during and after enrollment, with additional benefits for online enrollments such as an extensive list of reports on demand and options to design custom reports
  • Provide continued enrollment support during subsequent enrollment periods
