100% Protection Plan

When you choose this homeowners insurance benefit and insure your home for 100% of its replacement cost, you’re assured that if something happens to your home, we’ll pay the full cost to rebuild it—even if it costs up to 125% of the applicable limits of your policy.

"New For Old" Protection

With our optional replacement cost coverage for contents, we’ll pay the actual cost of replacing your possessions—regardless of age or condition—with brand new items of equal quality.

Homeowners Deductible Forgiveness

When times are tough, we’re here to help you out. That’s why if you experience a qualifying loss of $22,500 or more, we’ll waive up to $5,000 of your homeowners insurance deductible.

This coverage does not apply to special deductibles such as hurricane, earthquake, coal mine subsidence, special wind/hail or optional special theft deductibles.

For homeowners who need more than $5,000 of protection for valuables, or have special valuables such as antiques or fine art, our scheduled personal property coverage allows you to list items and their value for more customized protection. (Appraisals may be required.)
