Andy Napoli
Andy Napoli is president of Consumer Markets and Enterprise Business Services at The Hartford, one of the nation's largest financial services and insurance companies.
Napoli joined The Hartford in 2010 to lead the company’s Consumer Markets division, with responsibility for personal lines auto and homeowners insurance; Catalyst360°, a subsidiary providing member services for AARP’s health insurance program; and Enterprise Operations.
After two years, his responsibilities broadened to include both Consumer Markets and Enterprise Business Services. In this capacity, Napoli is responsible for the enterprise customer care centers, information technology, real estate, security and procurement as part of Enterprise Business Services, in addition to his Consumer Markets responsibilities.
Napoli has more than a decade of experience managing consumer insurance businesses and operations, including serving in a variety of product, pricing and claims roles at Progressive and Nationwide. Before joining The Hartford, he was most recently executive vice president and chief administrative officer with the CUNA Mutual Group, an insurance company focused on serving credit unions across the country.
Napoli, a West Point graduate, spent almost 15 years in the U.S. Army, including a combat tour during Desert Storm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from the United States Military Academy and a master’s degree in statistics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
