More Real-time Servicing Available
 Through the Policy Change Center



The Hartford continues to deliver ways to make it easier for you to do business and help your agency grow. Since its launch in July, the Policy Change Center has added an element of ease for agents who process auto policy changes this way. Now, we’ve added more enhancements to the Policy Change Center, making it even easier and faster for you to help make changes to your customers’ auto policies. Some of these new features include:

Replace a Vehicle

  • You can replace a vehicle in real time using the new “Replace Selected Vehicle” function.

  • Receive pre-filled rating and coverage information from the vehicle being replaced.

Non-System Supported Changes

  • If a change requires manual review and processing, a prompt will display with the option to request a quote or have the transaction completed in our Customer Service Center.

Policy Coverages*

  • You can make changes online to policy coverages such as:
    - Bodily Injury
    - Property Damage
    - Uninsured Motorist
    - Dimensions Auto Packages (where available)

Plus, you can continue to make nearly all personal auto and homeowners endorsements online. You’ll benefit from using the Policy Change Center by saving time, enjoying more time to sell and increasing customer satisfaction and retention.

The Policy Change Center is easy to use! For faster and easier service to your customers, simply log on to the EBC homepage and select PL Policy Changes from the Service Customers menu. Or, access it from the Let’s Do Business tab within the EBC.
