One valuable differentiator in selling The Hartford over other carriers is @venture, our risk management system. While some other carriers offer systems for the same purpose, we believe @venture’s capabilities stand apart and we continually strive to enhance this already robust system. 

Our latest improvement to @venture is the availability of real-time workers’ compensation claims notes. Whereas formerly, these notes were transferred from The Hartford’s internal systems to @venture 24 hours after they had been entered, now they are available as soon as they are entered into our systems. While that may not seem like much difference, for an insured monitoring an important claim on a daily basis, those extra hours can be valuable. 

And @venture provides an array of tools to help insureds understand their losses:

  •        Drilldown functionality to intuitively explore subsets of a report

  •        Email alerts on significant claims activities
