The Policy Change Center
A Faster, Easier Way to Service Policies

 

The Hartford is committed to making it easier for you to do business with us. Agents have been telling us they’ve been looking for an automation tool that would allow them to make endorsements electronically. In response to that feedback, in July we launched the Policy Change Center – an enhancement to our Electronic Business Center (EBC) that enables you to manage your auto customers’ policy changes in real-time.  In just a few months we’ve seen nearly half of Hartford agents adopt the Policy Change Center and have received positive feedback from agents.
