Redesigned Claims Section Provides More Information and Downloadable
Marketing Flyers
The Hartford has redesigned its Claims section on the Electronic Business
Center (EBC) to provide agents with more claims marketing and service
support. This includes more information on claims services for you and your
clients, as well as downloadable marketing flyers, tip sheets, and reference
documents. These downloads are suitable for printing or can be emailed to
clients. And the reorganized Claims EBC is easier to navigate than ever
before with new, intuitive content categories:

Visiting Claims EBC
To explore the new Claims EBC visit
https://ebc.thehartford.com, select the
Commercial Home or Personal Home tab, select Claim from the Products and
Services dropdown menu, and click on Claim Central. If you need assistance
logging into EBC, contact EBC Technical Support at 1-877-322-4833.
