What’s changed?
Instead of sending separate e-mails on a variety of topics plus a monthly newsletter that encompasses all lines of business, we’ve developed an e-newsletter specific to Personal Lines. It’s one e-newsletter delivering the latest product, service, automation, and marketing updates from The Hartford’s Personal Lines right to your computer.

Will you still receive individual e-mails?
Yes. There may be state-specific information, targeted product news, or special initiatives that require we send information separately from our newsletter. But, our new Personal Lines AGENT e-Newsletter should reduce the number of separate personal lines e-mails that you receive.

What if I place business for Small Commercial?
Each line of business will create its own specialized e-newsletter. If you currently write small commercial, you were introduced to their e-newsletter earlier this month.
