Policyholder Notice and Associated Endorsements
Below are copies of a policyholder notice and associated endorsements
mailed to insureds to meet the requirements of the seven-year extension of
the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA) for lines of business other than
Workers Compensation. These forms were sent for policies effective on or
after the December 26, 2007 enactment of the TRIA extension and issued
before programming of revised forms.

Below is a copy of the policyholder notice mailed to Workers Compensation
policyholders to meet the disclosure requirements of the seven-year
extension of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act. This notice was sent for
policies effective between the December 26, 2007 enactment of the TRIA
extension and the January 1, 2008 effective date of revised WC forms.
Policies effective January 1, 2008 and beyond will be endorsed with updated
forms in compliance with the TRIA extension.
