Recruiting Process

Job Postings: MBA Intern positions will be posted through Career Services at target schools. Candidates are encouraged to apply for specific positions that map to their career interests and goals. Select students will be contacted to participate in On-campus interviews.

1st Year Students

On-campus Interviews: On campus-interviews are an initial screening of candidates performed by business and/or HR representatives. All Hartford interviews are conducted using behavioral-based questions. A selection of first round candidates will be invited to continue on to our second round interview process.

Second Round Interviews: This event entails a visit to our world headquarters in Connecticut and is designed to give Hartford intern candidates the opportunity to interview with hiring managers who have available MBA Internship positions. In addition, students will participate in a campus tour allowing them to observe the environment at The Hartford.
