You will need to bring your appropriate I9/eVerify documentation, directions on where to go, any important contact information (manager’s number), and something to keep notes of key items from your day.

You can access directions and addresses to various locations of The Hartford via the Parking Information tab.   If you do not see your office listed please contact your recruiter.

You are eligible for benefits from your start date of hire and you have 31 day to elect benefits. Your coverage will be effective as of your date of hire, regardless of when you enroll within that 31 day window.

You will be mailed The Hartford's benefit information.  After your first day you will be able to access our benefits site and information online.

The benefits site will allow you to view the Summary Plan Descriptions in the Reference Library.  Additionally, as part of your enrollment in health and wellness benefits, you will have access to tools such as Plan Compare, Find a Provider, and Coverage Advisor.

After your first day, you can access your benefit information from home by visiting The Hartford's benefits site from any internet connection.  If you have additional questions after reviewing the site, you can refer to the Contact Us section via the site for all available benefit support.  

The great new is that if you have used NetBenefits with a previous employer your username and password will be the same as it was before.  After your first day, you will be able to see both The Hartford information and the previous financial information.
