This course provides an in-depth review of the most important elements in assessing an insurer or TPA's Disability claim adjudication capabilities. Participants will use the job aid "14 Questions you should ask your Disability Claims Payer". Job aid is included.

Participants will gain the ability to advise their clients on the most critical service of the group plan; and the ability to align client's goals and expectations with insurer's claim delivery capabilities.
