Broad Coverage at No Additional Cost
Our Broad Form Endorsement provides 19 coverage enhancements in one convenient policy — added at no additional charge.
The Hartford's Broad Form Endorsement provides some of the most robust coverage available. This extensive package of coverages — some of which are not generally available elsewhere in the industry — is automatically included each time you quote a new business auto policy. And it's added automatically to both new and renewal business auto policies at no additional cost.
Among the features are:
- Loan and lease gap coverage — Pays the outstanding balance of a lease or loan in the event of a total loss to a covered auto.
- Electronic equipment coverage — Pays $1,500, less $250 deductible, if the equipment is permanently installed.
- Hired auto physical damage — If company-owned vehicles are insured by The Hartford, additional coverage of up to $100,000 also applies to any vehicle the business leases, rents or borrows.
- Hybrid payment coverage — If a non-hybrid auto is a total loss and is replaced by a hybrid auto within 60 days, The Hartford will pay an additional 10 percent of the actual cash value, up to a maximum of $2,500.
