The Hartford offers MBA students valuable work experience in the insurance and financial sectors. You'll learn about our business from the inside, network with colleagues, and be challenged by interesting work assignments. The MBA Intern program is very selective.

Internship candidates should meet these requirements:

• Students who are between their first and second year in a full-time program
• 4-6 years of work experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Critical/strategic thinking ability
• Innovative
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to work independently
• Results-oriented
• Management and/or financial background is a plus
• Insurance background is a plus

The Hartford recruits its MBA interns from selected colleges and universities. Intern candidates will participate in on-campus interviews followed by additional interviews at our Connecticut headquarters.
