Since 2014 we’ve successfully engaged and established connections with a number of private exchanges. For more than 10 years we have integrated claims and billing with various Third Party Administrators (TPAs). 
 
We are able to integrate with most enrollment platforms and TPAs with various levels of file integrations. In addition, we have the flexibility to accept data in a variety of formats (subject to The Hartford’s requirements) to drive service automation, including a single file for multiple products as well as multiple feeds from different sources via The Hartford's standard file layout. The data received can be used to manage:

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) for real-time EOI decisions
  • Telephonic Life claim intake
  • Leave Management Services
  • Portability & Conversion Administration
