First notice of sale

30 to 60 days prior to the enrollment event, we’ll conduct a kickoff meeting and initiate regular calls. From the outset, we’ll determine how to best:

  • Engage the implementation team
  • Identify specific administration needs and timing of enrollment period
  • Discuss how to support benefits communications and fill in any gaps

Execute enrollment and communication strategy

20 to 40 days prior to the enrollment event, we’ll develop employee education and communication support including:

  • Welcome Letters and Benefit Highlights Sheets
  • Benefit related content, intranet banners, etc.
  • Direct Mail
  • Email campaigns
  • Onsite benefit enroller
  • Support at benefit fairs
  • HR training support

Enrollment support to meet each employers unique needs

We keep our Voluntary process flexible and support it with reliable technology and people. Our BenSelect online enrollment tool can support The Hartford products only or combine The Hartford products with other provider’s benefits including medical, dental and vision - for one-stop, convenient enrollment for employees.
