Hartford School of Insurance (HSI), long known for their expertise in insurance technical training, has designed this unique sales program based on their extensive work in the insurance arena. Most training programs dwell on outdated sales methods. This exclusive two-day workshop focuses on building and improving the skills necessary to execute a winning 7-step sales process.
 
This workshop is highly engaging as it combines case studies, skill practice and tactical sales tools. Students will walk away with the habits, tools and job aides that will maximize their selling and create long term revenue building plans for years to come.
 
Topics include:
  • Using Emotional Intelligence in your sales practice
  • Utilizing a 7 step sales process to help prequalify and close new business faster
  • Identifying your agency & personal brand to distinguish yourself in the marketplace
  • Developing a strategy to overcome common objections and sell to difficult personalities
  • Setting up a dedicated Sales Plan, focus time on sales related activities and practice networking skills to connect to more prospects
 
This program targets insurance professionals with at least 6 months experience. Whether you are a producer new to the industry, a seasoned producer looking to boost your sales skills, CSR, or account manager with sales responsibility, our 2 day sales workshop will help you create habits to improve your sales skills.
 
This two-day program runs from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.
 
DAY 1
The first day of the workshop is dedicated to how selling has changed, how emotions play a key role, and introduces you to sales process.

  • 7-step sales process
  • Dealing with objections
  • Personal and agency branding
  • Selling to difficult personalities
DAY 2 
The second day of the workshop is dedicated to key practices common to the insurance professional.

  • Sales planning/Goal setting
  • Time management
  • Relationship building
  • Networking
  • Real life scenario practices
 
The tuition is $795 for this program.
