Our Customized Sales Training is designed for new producers, seasoned producers looking to boost their sales skills or account managers transitioning into a sales role. HSI will work with your agency to develop customized educational solutions tailored to fulfill your specific sales training needs.

We offer a variety of options including sales workshops and webinars. You can choose individual programs or mix and match to satisfy your agency’s development plans. 
 
Sales Training Workshops 
 
Our customized workshops allow you to choose areas of focus to improve selling skills, techniques and processes. Using real-life business scenarios, these highly interactive sessions provide exercises, discussions and chances to practice effective sales skills. We will work with you to develop a one or two-day workshop consisting of topics and training concepts designed to improve your staff’s performance. 
 
Group Sales Training Webinars
 
The one-hour, virtual, group training webinars allow participants to take a deeper dive into key sales principles. We have a variety of topics to choose from and will work with you to determine which ones best fit your agency’s needs. These interactive group sessions can include pre and/or post work to reinforce the training. You can choose webinars as a stand-alone offering or as an enhancement to any other sales training program.
