Whether it’s stepping away from your desk for a break or taking a vacation, time away from work is good for your well-being and will help you thrive on and off the job. We encourage you to use the following benefits to take the time you need to unplug, recharge and take care of you.
PTO
Paid time off is your time to use for vacation, when you’re sick, to celebrate a meaningful holiday not reflected in the corporate calendar, or for any other reason. It's important to schedule PTO with your manager with as much notice as possible. This helps us plan ahead and ensure we can deliver on our promises to our customers.
Bereavement
The death of a loved one can be a difficult life event, often requiring time to grieve and tend to family obligations. Bereavement time can be used to help with your transition back to your normal routine.
Holiday
All employees get paid holidays each year. The corporate holiday schedule varies each year depending on what day of the week the holidays fall.
Nursing Mothers
We support nursing mothers by providing reasonable, paid break time to express milk or breastfeed their children. Non-exempt employees should refer to the Timekeeping policy for coding instructions.
EAP
Through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you, members of your immediate family and/or domestic partner are each eligible for 10 cost-free, confidential counseling sessions per year to help manage life’s everyday challenges. You are permitted time away from work to attend EAP appointments. Learn more about the EAP program and Timekeeping policy.
Meal and Rest Breaks
Everyone needs time to replenish their bodies and minds during the workday. Non-exempt employees should consult the Timekeeping policy for details on taking your meal and rest breaks.
Flexible, Hybrid or Remote Work Arrangements
Where and when you work can have a big impact on both your work and home life. We recognize the value of work-life harmony and offer Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs) to accommodate your needs.
Scope
