Once you earn your associate’s degree and complete your apprenticeship, as a full-time employee of The Hartford, you can take advantage of our tuition reimbursement program by working towards your bachelor’s degree in the evenings.

- On-the-job training and access to our learning lab
- A full-time job starting at $25/hour
- Nationally recognized Apprentice credentials from the Department of Labor

Program Requirements
- Be enrolled at Palo Alto College in Texas, Scottsdale Community College in Arizona, Waubonsee Community College in Illinois or Seminole State Community College in Florida
- Be available for full-time hybrid training in Scottsdale AZ, San Antonio TX, Sanford FL or Naperville IL.
- Pass a required background check.
