Once you earn your associate’s degree and complete your apprenticeship, as a full-time employee of The Hartford, you can take advantage of our tuition reimbursement program by working towards your bachelor’s degree in the evenings.

Start Your Career Journey on the First Day of Class

Our advanced curriculum can kickstart your career in two years and includes:
 
  • On-the-job training and access to our learning lab
  • A full-time job starting at $25/hour
  • Nationally recognized Apprentice credentials from the Department of Labor
  • A starting salary of approximately $48K-52K (after graduating and successfully completing the apprenticeship program)
  • Full benefits and the chance to work for a company that puts employees first
 

Program Requirements

  • Be enrolled at Palo Alto College in Texas, Scottsdale Community College in Arizona, Waubonsee Community College in Illinois or Seminole State Community College in Florida
  • Be available for full-time hybrid training in Scottsdale AZ, San Antonio TX, Sanford FL or Naperville IL.
  • Pass a required background check.
