Registration Information
Hartford School of Insurance in-person programs, including our Commercial Lines Producers School, Commercial Lines CSR/Account Manager School, Small Business Coverage Specialist Program (in classroom), Employee  Benefits School, Group Benefits Disability Specialist Program, Voluntary Benefits Specialist Program and technical insurance workshops have been approved for CE Credits. Click here for a listing of CE courses. Students wishing to obtain CE Credits must be licensed prior to attending the program.
In order to receive CE credit, the entire course must be attended.
You may register online at your convenience be clicking on the Enroll button of your desired course or you may call a Sales Consultant at (800) 772-0208.
If you will be using SMA or another payment means please contact a Sales Consultant at (800) 772-0208 or agentedu@thehartford.com to register.
Confirmation Statements are emailed to the agency contact listed in the billing section and the student.  If you haven't received yours, or need a copy, please contact our Training Coordination at (800) 772-0208 or hsiecampusreg@thehartford.com.
Account Statements are an attachment emailed to you along with your Registration Confirmation Statement.  If you haven't received yours, or need a copy, please contact our Training Coordination at (800) 772-0208 or hsiecampusreg@thehartford.com.

The preferred method of payment is credit card at the time of registration or you may make a credit card payment over the phone by contacting our Training Coordination at (800) 772-0208.
HSI offers an opportunity to divide the tuition payment into separate payments. Please contact a Training Coordination at (800) 772-0208 or hsiecampusreg@thehartford.com to learn more.
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to start of the program will receive a full refund.
 
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 29 days prior to the start of the program. Students will be given one opportunity to transfer to another session, preferably within the same calendar year. Refunds are not available for transferred programs.
