Ellen Javor brings more than 16 years of experience in life insurance, health insurance, and employee benefits, aliong with a diverse background in higher education, legal research and sales leadership. A licensed attorney and published author, she is passionate about helping professionals understand complex topics and stay current in a constantly evolving industry.

At Hartford School of Insurance, Ellen teaches Employee Benefits, Advanced Employee Benefits, Voluntary Benefits, and Group Benefits. In addition to instructing, Ellen also develops all employee benefits curiculum, armed with her real-world experience and love of teaching.
Outside of work, she is actively involved in animal reascue efforts.
