“The most important lesson I hope students take away is that success in insurance is about more than products and pricing. It comes from understanding risk, building trust, and creating value for customers. Technical knowledge is essential, but combining that knowledge with genuine curiosity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others is what leads to long-term success.”
Eric teaches a variety of Hartford School of Insurance Property & Casualty programs and is known for making complex insurance concepts relevant through practical, real-world examples. He holds the CIC, CLCS, PLCS, and SBCS designations and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
