Meet HSI Instructor Kristen Quagliaroli

David LloydKristen Quagliaroli is the Assistant Vice President and an instructor for Hartford School of Insurance (HSI). In addition to providing technical insurance training to agency personnel, she develops customized training programs for agencies in need of niche opportunities.
Kristen Quagliaroli brings more than 30 years of insurance experience, including a background in commercial underwriting and over 20 years of training and facilitation. As leader of Hartford School of Insurance, she works closely with agencies to identify training needs and develop learning solutions that help individuals and organizations grow.

The mission remains the same: helping people develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to achieve their highest potential.”
Kristen teaches a variety of Property & Casualty programs and is passionate about developing talent and building confidence in others. She holds a degree in Finance and Marketing along with the CLCS, SBCS, PLCS, GBDS, and VBS designations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three adult children, reading, and boating on Long Island Sound.
