Homeowners Equipment Breakdown Coverage helps cover mechanical or electrical breakdowns in your home and can help protect your appliances or furnace. It will also pay up to 125% of your costs to make “green” upgrades to replace any covered equipment with similar items that are more energy efficient or environmentally friendly. Keep in mind this does not include coverage for normal wear and tear.

Full Replacement Cost coverage helps pay the cost to rebuild your home if it is a total loss up to 125% of your coverage limits.

Rental Property Protection Plus protects you as a landlord for the rental units you own. Rental property insurance coverage includes the replacement cost of your rental dwelling, optional coverage for detached structures, fair rental value and more.
